Synchron Lab Automation collects personal data about you. Synchron as the Controller processes your personal data in compliance with the provisions under the Dutch DPA and General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). This Data Protection Policy explains how we use any personal data we collect about you. Synchron may modify this Privacy Policy. The most up-to-date version of this Privacy Policy will always be published on our website.

• When do we store your data?
When you fill in our contact form, we keep the following information:

When you email us, we keep the following data:

When you approach us by telephone we keep the following data:

• Purposes and legal bases for processing
Synchron has multiple purposes regarding the collection of personal data:

  • Entering a (future) agreement
    When the contact form is completed on our website, we will process this data in the system. This information is necessary for the process that is part of an agreement.
  • Sending products to customers
    It is possible that we have to send products to a location. For this we need address information and contact details of the contact person.
  • For marketing purposes/newsletters
    When you fill in the contact form, we process this data and this information will also be sent to the marketing department. They can use your data for marketing purposes. At the bottom of each newsletter there is a possibility to unsubscribe for this. When you unsubscribe, we will no longer use the contact details for these newsletters.
  • Supplying services
    When we arrive at the customer’s premises, we need address information. We process this.
  • Correspondence
    Keeping contacts requires personal data.


•  Who receives this personal information?

Synchron strives to keep all personal details for themselves. We will not provide personal data to third parties unless:

  • A select group op people within the company have access to this personal data. This data is stored in Newbase. Their privacy statement can be found here.
  • When we send a newsletter we use MailChimp. They also receive your personal data. Their privacy statement can be found via the following link.

 

• The period of storage

  • When we receive personal data from you, we keep it until you state that this personal data must be deleted or that it is no longer up-to-date. Or when it is indicated that someone is no longer working for an organization. From that moment on you will no longer appear in our database. Regarding to agreements and associated personal data, we comply with the legal terms.

• persons may view their personal data at any time and adjust them where necessary or even completely erase them.

• Persons can object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

• Individuals are entitled to the transfer of data.
We never provide data to third parties. If the person gives permission to transfer his/her data to another party, this will be possible. A written permission is required for this.

• Individuals have the right to withdraw the consent of processing data.
When this happens, Synchron will no longer add data from the person in question.

• Persons who feel that their personal data is not stored correctly are always entitled to file a complaint with the Dutch DPA.
The person concerned has the right to file a complaint at any time. More here.

When an agreement is reached you are obliged * to provide a number of details:

  • Company name
  • Address company
  • Payments: Trade register number – IBAN number – VAT number – Invoice address
  • Personal contact details: Name – Telephone number – Email address

* If we do not receive this information, unfortunately no agreement is possible.

Synchron can proceed to carry out a credit check when a new customer enters the system.
