About the Role

We are a growing company looking for a versatile colleague to strengthen our administration and office operations. As our Office Coordinator, you are the organizational heart of the company, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a flexible team member who can take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

You ensure that the office runs efficiently by handling daily administrative and organizational tasks. You will be responsible for the professional handling of mail, phone calls, and visitors, while supporting order processing and keeping office facilities well organized.

  • Managing incoming mail, telephone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Welcoming visitors and receiving deliveries.
  • Supporting order processing and performing incoming goods inspections.
  • Purchasing and managing office supplies, kitchen supplies, and inventory.
  • Coordinating office and facility-related matters.
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices.
  • Reviewing and recording receipts and expense claims.
  • Identifying discrepancies and contributing ideas to improve administrative processes.

What We're Looking For

  • MBO+ or Bachelor's (HBO) level of working and thinking.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar administrative or office coordination role.
  • A solid foundation in administrative processes.
  • A proactive, independent working style with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are essential; proficiency in a third language is considered an advantage.

What We Offer

  • A part-time position of 32–40 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days by mutual agreement.
  • A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,400 (based on a 40-hour workweek), depending on experience.
